• You must complete the transfer of a sold asset promptly and in full, including all access and materials described.
• We may review, edit the placement of, or remove listings that breach these Terms.

4. Buying

• An offer or purchase is a commitment to transact in good faith.
• Inspect assets carefully and ask questions before confirming a transfer.
• Keep transactions and payments on-platform; off-platform dealing removes your protection and may breach these Terms.

5. Fees & payments

Using the Service may involve listing fees and/or success fees on completed sales. Current fees are shown when you list and may be updated with notice. Payments and payouts are handled through our payment partners. You are responsible for any taxes that apply to your transactions. Coupons and gift cards are subject to their own terms and any limits shown at the time of use.

6. Prohibited conduct

You agree not to:

• Post false, infringing, illegal, or harmful content or assets;
• Sell stolen assets, malware, or anything you lack rights to;
• Defraud, manipulate metrics, or circumvent fees;
• Harass other users or interfere with the Service's security or operation;
• Use the Service to violate any applicable law.

7. Intellectual property

The BuySellDigi name, brand and platform are owned by us or our licensors. Content you submit remains yours, but you grant us a licence to host and display it as needed to operate the Service. Ownership of a sold asset transfers between users according to the transaction, not to us.

8. Disputes between users

If a transaction goes wrong, raise it through our dispute process within the protection window described in Shipping & Returns. We may help mediate and, where escrow applies, decide the release or refund of held funds based on the evidence. Our role is to facilitate; users are responsible for their own transactions.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We are a marketplace and do not own the assets listed, and we do not guarantee the accuracy of listings, the conduct of users, or the future performance of any asset. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties not expressly stated here.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BuySellDigi and [Company Legal Name] are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the Service.
