BuySellDigi deals in digital assets — websites, apps, domains, accounts and files. Here's exactly how delivery, transfers and refunds work.
Instant digital delivery
Most assets are delivered electronically — there is no physical shipping. Files, credentials and access are transferred online once payment clears.
Protected transfers
High-value sales are held in escrow. Funds release to the seller only after the buyer confirms the asset has been fully transferred and verified.
Clear refund window
If a delivered asset materially differs from its listing, you may open a dispute within the protection window described below.
How delivery works
Because BuySellDigi assets are digital, "shipping" means the secure handover of the asset and everything needed to operate it. Depending on the asset type this can include:
- Source files, design files, databases and documentation;
- Domain registrar transfer or push to the buyer's account;
- Hosting, repository, app-store or analytics account access;
- Login credentials, API keys and recovery details.
For straightforward assets, delivery usually completes within 24–72 hours of cleared payment. Larger businesses or migrations may take longer; the timeline is agreed between buyer and seller and tracked in the order.
Escrow & verification
For eligible transactions the payment is held safely until the buyer confirms successful transfer. The typical flow is: buyer pays → funds held → seller transfers the asset → buyer inspects and confirms → funds released to seller. If something is wrong, the buyer raises it before confirming, and our team helps resolve it.
Returns & refunds
Digital assets cannot be "returned" the way a physical product can, so our policy focuses on accuracy and successful transfer rather than change-of-mind returns. You may be eligible for a refund or partial refund when:
- The asset was never delivered within the agreed timeframe;
- The delivered asset materially differs from the listing (e.g. misstated revenue, traffic, code, or included accounts);
- Access or ownership could not be successfully transferred.
Refunds are generally not available for buyer's remorse, a change of mind, or for results you hoped the asset would produce (such as future earnings), since these are outside the seller's control.
Protection window
Open a dispute within [7] days of delivery confirmation by contacting support@buyselldigi.com with your order reference and details. We will review the listing, the transfer evidence and both parties' messages before deciding an outcome.
How refunds are issued
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, or as BuySellDigi wallet/gift-card credit where applicable. Processing times depend on your payment provider, typically 5–10 business days.
Cancellations
An order can be cancelled by mutual agreement at any time before the asset is transferred. Once transfer has begun, cancellation is handled through the dispute process to protect both sides.
