Is it free to create an account?+
Yes. Creating a BuySellDigi account is free. You only pay fees when you successfully buy or list, as described on our pricing and terms pages.
What can I buy and sell here?+
BuySellDigi is a marketplace for digital assets — websites, web apps, mobile apps, domains, e-commerce stores, content sites, and other online businesses or files. If it can be transferred online, it likely belongs here.
Do I need a company to sell?+
No. Individuals and businesses can both list. You may need to verify your identity and payout details before funds are released.
How do I know a listing is genuine?+
Listings show the seller-provided details and any verification badges. For higher-value assets we encourage escrow and a verification step before funds are released. Always review the asset, ask questions, and confirm transfer before completing.
How is my payment protected?+
Eligible transactions use escrow: your payment is held until you confirm the asset has been fully and correctly transferred. Funds release to the seller only after your confirmation.
What happens if the asset is not as described?+
Open a dispute within the protection window (see Shipping & Returns). Our team reviews the listing, the transfer evidence and the messages between both parties before deciding an outcome.
Can I use a coupon or gift card?+
Yes, where available. Enter your coupon code at checkout, or redeem a BuySellDigi gift card against your balance. You can check a gift-card balance any time on our balance-check page.
How do I list an asset?+
Sign in, choose "Sell", and complete the listing form with accurate details, metrics and proof where possible. Honest, well-documented listings sell faster and pass verification more easily.
What does it cost to sell?+
Selling involves a listing fee and/or a success fee on completed sales. The current amounts are shown when you create a listing and on our terms page.
When do I get paid?+
After the buyer confirms a successful transfer (and any escrow conditions are met), your funds are released to your chosen payout method, subject to standard processing times.
Can I edit or remove a listing?+
Yes. You can edit a listing while it is active, and remove it if it has not yet sold. Listings under an active offer or in escrow may be restricted until the transaction resolves.
Which payment methods are supported?+
Supported methods are shown at checkout for your region. We never ask you to pay outside the platform — doing so removes your buyer protection.
Is my data secure?+
We use industry-standard safeguards and never sell your personal data. See our Privacy Policy for full detail on what we collect and why.
How do I reset my password?+
Use the "Forgot password" link on the sign-in page. If you cannot access your account, contact support@buyselldigi.com from your registered email.
How do I close my account?+
Email support@buyselldigi.com from your registered address. We will guide you through any open transactions before closing it.
